They talk through some of the barriers that patients face, from struggling with unfamiliar medical terminology, to healthcare professional biases, to more structural problems like housing and food scarcity. They also discuss strategies that healthcare professionals can incorporate to provide more comprehensive, inclusive, collaborative HIV care.
